A Note from the Grower
The last week has been a busy one. We’ve been planting out leeks, beans, calabrese, melons and summer lettuces. As well as harvesting
potatoes, cucumbers, strawberries and peas for the boxes. The polytunnels are bursting with life and it won’t be long before we have our first tomatoes and aubergines!
We’ve also sown the winter crop of carrots and parsnips, which involves a clever little machine that looks like a small bike and walking bare foot on the beds. We believe in the freedom of feet! :)
