Real Farm Festival is a people-powered hands-on farming weekend. Come on down and meet the farmers, discover the secret life of vegetables, herbs, fruit, pigs, chickens, sheep and cows, and unwind in the music and food hubs back at farm camp.
Set in the gorgeous green fields and woodland of Church Farm,
we’ve got a little bit of pastoral paradise to play with, and it’s only 45 minutes from London King's Cross.
There’ll be some special farm loving projects to get stuck into with our young farmers and expert artisans, as well as live acts, DJs, performance poets, yoga sessions, fascinating talks and workshops, and even a skittle alley.
Bring your chef hat for the camp-wide Pot Luck Cooking Challenge where you and your campfire buddies will have one big farm box and two hours to create some delicious dishes, to be judged by our connoisseur chefs. Don’t forget to bring an instrument for Tractor Factor, wellies for feeding the pigs and clothes for general mud stomping!
From wild performing creatures to creative thinkers, everyone is invited to share an artful insight over the weekend. Put your thinking flat-caps on, rally the troupe and let the creative juice loose with the theme ‘love the land that feeds you’.
Everyone at the Real Farm Festival will try out eco farming hands-on, meat the pigs, cows, chicken, sheep, ducks, birds and bees. feast on fine fresh grub and indulge in long summer evenings by the bonfire with music, performances, workshops, talks and games.
Tickets for this farmtastical event cost only £50 for a weekend of camping, campfires, workshops, hen’tertainment, frollicking, merriment and even a farm box for a campwide cook-off! Tractor Factor on Friday night will see acts voted up to play again and winners get to ride the tractor.
